  What happens if I Refuse a Shipment?  
  Customers who refuse to accept delivery of confirmed and shipped orders are liable for a minimum 20% restocking fee. Shipping charges will not be refunded. Additional Shipping Charges may apply.  
   
     
     
     
  Why was my order shipped to my billing address when I had a different address as my ship to address?  
     
  Our company policy is to ship your order to your Billing Address if your purchase exceeds $200.  
   
     
     
     
  Why was my credit card declined by fraud services?  
     
 

We have upgraded our fraud protection services. If your credit card was declined, please make sure your billing address matches your address associated with your credit card and please make sure you enter the correct security code for your credit card.

If you attempt to use your card more than 5 times, your credit card will automatically be declined by fraud services.

If a purchase was declined by fraud services, it may show in your account as a "Pending" Transaction. Please rest assured that the money will not be taken out of your account. The transaction was Declined, so we do not have your order or the money from the order you placed.

  What are my shipping costs?  
     
  You can calculate your shipping method, by adding the items to the shopping cart. Before you enter your payment information, you will be at a screen where you select your shipping method. Each shipping method will show the cost.

  Why do the Swarovski Havaianas cost less than others?  
 

Our Swarovski Havaianas are of very High Quality and they are durable (a staff member wore a pair of Swarovski Havaianas to a college football game and it survived that!).

The reasons our prices are less than others:

  • We want everyone to be able to afford a pair of Swarovski Havaianas and be able to enjoy them, just like we do.
  • We just can not guarantee the crystals will not fall off, we don't know how anyone can guarantee that. The Crystals are glued on and at some point the crystals may come off. We send our Swarovski Havaianas with some extra crystals, just in case.

  Why don't my Havaianas fit me the same?  
  If you order several pairs of Havaianas in the same size, please note that not all the Havaianas you order are going to be the exact same length, width and the straps may be looser or tighter. It is just the way the Havaianas are manufactured.  
     
     
  Do you offer other shipping methods besides UPS?  
     
 

The only shipping method we use is UPS.

The reason we selected UPS exclusively:
We have found UPS to be the most traceable and reliable. We do our very best to insure that your order leaves our warehouse in a timely manner and we find great piece of mind in knowing it will arrive to you when expected. UPS is a bit more expensive, but we have found in this case, you get what you pay for.

 
   
     
     
     
     
 

How do I care for my Sandals?

  • Wash you Sandal with Mild Soap.
  • Use a Soft Brush when scrubbing
  • Do not scrub any areas of your sandals with any decorations(crystals, beading, weaving, etc)
  • Do not use the Washing Machine or Dryer
  • Do not line dry. Your sandal could lose its shape.
  • Do not dry in Direct Sunlight.
 
   
     
     
 

What do I do, some crystals came off?

We use a special industrial glue to ensure maximum hold on the stones. But, through rough use, wear and tear a few stones may come loose. For this reason, an extra bag of stones is included in your order. A drop of super glue will do the trick. For major repairs email us for an estimate of repair.

*** Not all of the Swarovski Havaianas come with extra crystals. The Swarovski Star does not come with extra stars and the Swarovski Baguette does not come with extra Baguette Crystals***

 
     
     
     
 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Your order will be processed within 1-5 business days. We have selected UPS Ground for all our deliveries. UPS Ground will take 1-10 Business days for your item to arrive at your shipping location.

Special Orders will take a little longer to process. We can contact you regarding the expected delivery date.

Havaianas with Swarovski crystals can take up to 6 business days before they will be mailed out.

 
   
     
     
     
 

How long will it take to receive my backorder?

What are my return/exchange options?

Your purchase can be returned or exchanged, within 15 days of receipt, as long as it meets the following requirements:

  • The product is returned in its original packaging.
  • There are no visible signs of wear and tear.
  • A copy of your original receipt.

You will be charged a 20% restocking fee for any returned merchandise.
